A Liquid Cult is a wrapped token with two properties. Confidential: balances and transfer amounts are encrypted on-chain, so members can't see each other's stakes and outsiders can't see anyone's. Monotone: the redemption rate can only go up, and everything that flows into the pot accrues to whoever is still wrapped. Holding is membership. Leaving is Unwrap at today's rate, forfeiting tomorrow's.

Read before real size lands

First-wrapper capturemoves money
An empty wrapped mint mints 1:1, so if tribute lands before the first Wrap, the first wrapper takes the whole pot. Seed the escrow and wrap in one transaction, or accept it as the founder's cut.

Unaudited deltamoves money
The three audits cover 1:1 pricing. The rate change (PR 694) is two arithmetic edits plus tests, and the dev fee is one more account. Small, but it is exactly the part that moves money. Worth a focused review before real size lands.

Freeze authority inheritance
The base asset's freeze authority is copied to the wrapped mint. A frozen base asset means a frozen cult; USDC and USDT cults can be frozen by Circle and Tether.

Prover drift
The on-chain transcript changed between zk-sdk 4 and 6 and silently broke every old client. Pin the prover version and watch Agave releases.

No composability on confidential balances
Anything that must read an amount (AMM, lending, escrow, bonding curve) needs a public balance. Decide where the privacy boundary sits for each product.

Transfer hooks and fees on the base asset
token-wrap handles transfer-hook base mints in tests; verify per asset before CreateMint. With a Token-2022 base that charges a transfer fee, both the escrow and the dev-fee leg pay it.

Burns are public
The default customizer does not add ConfidentialMintBurn, so burn amounts are visible. Fine for tribute, not fine if burns must be private.

Clients lie about the program ID
Every off-the-shelf client assumes the undeployed upstream address, and since the dev-fee upgrade they also omit the fee account. PDAs and instructions built by third-party tools are wrong until a fork of the JS client is published.
